These are some of the tie-top bags I've been making to sell at my boys' school craft fair. We have a group that gets together to make items to sell to benefit the school's scholarship fund. These are my contribution this year. We're labeling them "lunch bags" although the ones I've sold before seem to end up as purses or carry-alls on some of the girls.
The floral fabric is an Amy Butler, lined with a Michael Miller dot. The pink was given to me for the project, I lined it with a funky purple print.
Hope these are so cute! I wish my sewing skills were up to par. I can do straight lines REALLY well, but you, my friend, are amazing! If the brown ones didn't sell out, drop me a note - I will totally buy one! (For the school.. of course.)

You should sell these on Etsy, or to friends.
My first thought when I saw the brown one was that I would totally buy it without a second thought. They are gorgeous.
I like the drapery one too.
Great work. Your sewing skills are fab!
My MIL is looking for a bag pattern - where did you get this pattern? I think she'd like it.
